Kickstart Employers can not just pay for listings on the job board - they must pass our 3-Point Qualification Process:
As a female professional, you can be certain that each employer featured on KickStart Careers has a track record of proactively implementing diversity programs in the workplace that extend past simple hiring policies. Checkbox diversity programs and virtue signaling policies are not welcome. Kickstart Employers must believe in and implement purposeful policies that support and optimize the hiring, training, onboarding, and advancement opportunities.

Before joining Thermo Fisher Scientific, Amy worked for IBM Global Business Services, Genentech and Neutrogena, she also founded & sold her own event coordination company, Planning Elegance. Amy earned an MBA from the University of Southern California, where she was a Consortium Fellow and student body president, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine. She currently lives in Austin, TX and loves the outdoors, wine and travelling.
Sarah Rickerd is a freelance business copywriter whose writing has appeared on Entrepreneur.com, HubSpot and Content Marketing Institute, among other industry sites. She is also the owner of Content Conquered, a managed content services agency that empowers growth-oriented companies to quickly and easily scale their content marketing campaigns.
Renée Warren is an award-winning entrepreneur, inspirational speaker, author, and founder of We Wild Women, a platform that helps entrepreneurs start and scale their own businesses. She’s also the host of the celebrated podcast, Into the Wild.
Renée firmly believes that the best advice comes from someone who has successfully done it before. Her approach to coaching comes from over 22 years of experience as an entrepreneur and unapologetic risk-taker.
When she’s not coaching or podcasting, Renée can be found spending time with her family. She also enjoys working out, reading business books, and refining her drumming skills.

A veteran SaaS marketing leader with 17+ years’ experience, Sujan has helped hundreds of companies – from emerging startups to Fortune 500 leaders – to create growth strategies that have generated massive increases in traffic and revenue. Sujan owns and operates multiple SaaS businesses, including Mailshake and Right Inbox.
