Your career

Palo Alto Networks customer success team is looking for a seasoned developer to design, develop and deliver high-quality solutions on the Gainsight platform. These solutions will directly influence the bottom line and customer satisfaction so speed and creating thinking are paramount. Given the global nature of our company, collaboration is also imperative so effective communication is essential.

Your Impact

  • Understand business requirements, design a feasible technical solution that addresses the current business need but does not impact the ability to upgrade in the future, within the project timelines
  • Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project
  • Track and fully document change to ensure that issue logs are clearly documented and articulated
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them to effective use of applications

Conceptual knowledge

  • Understanding of Customer Success and how to streamline processes to speed adoption
  • Comfortable with basic programming and object oriented concepts (inheritance / syntax etc.)


Your Experience

  • 3 yrs+ experience with Gainsight Application
  • Demonstrate use of - Rules Engine to automate attributes, Scorecards and CTAs (Call to action)
  • Strong understanding on Scorecards with various measures
  • Strong knowledge of creating reports and dashboards and sharing groups
  • Ability to implement Journey Orchestrator
  • Ability to work with various Gainsight Objects including Standard and Custom Objects
  • Configure and optimize Gainsight to internal customers (including integrations, reports, dashboards, and workflows)
  • Strong understanding of GS connect, data operations, data management as well as Connectors 2.0
  • Understanding C360 and R360 Layouts
  • Strong Knowledge in Salesforce Administration, Configuration, Security Framework, Reports and Dashboards
  • SOQL Experience
